BUSINESS HOURS
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. In this electronic era, you may also fax, email, or leave a phone message 24 hours a day.
PAYMENT METHODS
vixswimwear.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. ViX accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, ViX online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 4 - 6 business days (UPS Ground). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
UPS Next Day Air
You will receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 6 AM PST Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground.
UPS 2nd Day Air
You will receive your order two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 6 AM PST Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground.
UPS 3 Day Select
You will receive your order three business days after shipment if your order is placed before 6 AM PST Monday through Friday. 3 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We no longer ship international orders.
SALES TAX
We are required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please visit http://www.vixswimwear.com/catalog/returns/ to access our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Proceed with the following steps:
1) Enter your email.
2) Please check your email for further instructions (* if you do not see in your inbox, check your spam).
3) Go to the link in your email inbox.
4) Select the order from which you are returning.
5) Select items and reason you would like to return.
6) Please use the notes section of the RMA to note that you want an exchange. Write the item style number and the size that you would like to be reshipped to you.
7) Once RMA is submitted please print out the form and enclose with your items ( Please note that you are not required to enclose the RMA, but doing so will speed the return/ exchange process). If you choose to not include the RMA form in the package, please write the RMA number on the original invoice and enclose in the package.
8) Once your return is processed, you will be notified by email.
EXCHANGE NOTICE:
1) If you would like to make an exchange, please note the item style number and size on the note section of the RMA. We will also need your credit card info (number, expiration date, and validation code). Please note it on the RMA form for faster processing.
2) Shipping charges will apply to any exchange orders.
No package will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs and are credited to the card from which the purchase originated). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 15 days after the delivery date. All tags MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
CLEARANCE ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE. (ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS RECEIVED WILL BE REFUSED & RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING EXPENSE.)

Please send your package, including your Return Authorization form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund or replacement.
ViX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not reach our facility.

Retail prices on vixswimwear.com may be different than those at stores. Pricing may also differ from quotes in publicity and other sources. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to advertised prices.
AVAILABILTY
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, your order will automatically be shipped without the available item.
